How long does it take to complete a DMP?
It usually takes about 10 days after you have completed the Toolkit Questionaire and have uploaded your pictures and audio files. |

Why are there extra charges for video editing?
Extra charges may apply if the video "footage" is very large and has to be edited for inclusion in the DMP. IBT's creative team will let you know in advance if any charges may be incurred. |

Who can I communicate with using the message system?
You can communicate with an IBT Administrator to start. Other IBT team members may send you messages asking questions or providing status. You may respond to these individuals using the contacts lists within the message system. |
